Check-In & Check-Out

1. Check-in time starts from 2.00 PM WIB.
2. Check-out time is before 12.00 PM WIB.
3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and additional charges may apply.

Identification Requirement

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in.

Room Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old using existing bedding. Additional charges may
apply for extra guests.

Extra Bed Policy

Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges apply.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas and selected smoking rooms, subject to availability. Smoking
in non-smoking rooms may result in cleaning fees or penalties.

Pet Policy

Pets and animals are not permitted within hotel premises.

Damage & Loss

Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning caused to hotel property during their stay. The
hotel reserves the right to charge accordingly.

Safety & Valuables

Safety deposit boxes are available in guest rooms and at the Front Office. The hotel is not responsible for any
loss of valuables not secured properly.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are required to register at the Front Office. The hotel reserves the right to limit the number of visitors
in guest rooms for safety and security reasons.

Noise & Disturbance

Guests are expected to maintain a respectful noise level and avoid any activities that may disturb other
guests.

Facilities Usage

Hotel facilities including swimming pool, gym, and restaurants are to be used in accordance with hotel regulations
and operating hours.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, hazardous materials, weapons, and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden within hotel
premises.

No Bed Down

Guests are not allowed to move, remove, combine, or place mattresses and beds on the floor without hotel
permission. This policy is implemented to maintain room safety, cleanliness, and to prevent damage to hotel furniture
and facilities.

No Durians and Strong Smell

Guests are prohibited from bringing durians or any items with strong odors into the hotel room. The smell can
disturb other guests, remain in the room for a long period, and may require additional cleaning treatment.

No Drugs

The possession, use, distribution, or storage of illegal drugs and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden
within the hotel premises. Any violation may result in immediate action, including reporting to local authorities
according to applicable laws and regulations.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Cancellation and amendment policies may vary depending on room type, package, and booking platform. Please refer to
the reservation confirmation for detailed terms.

Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond reasonable
control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies.

Right to Refuse Service

The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates hotel policies, disrupts
operations, or behaves inappropriately without refund.
